HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PRODUCTS?
Each Product is different, but generally they taste the absolute best when it's fresh, so consume it in a timely manner. Un-opened cans should be kept in a refrigerator at all time to stay fresh longer.
WHY IS ALL WHITE LEGAL AND NOT SNUS WITHIN THE EU?
All-white products are free from tobacco but contains nicotine. Therefor the product is legal to sell within the European Union. Snus is a tobacco product and is only available if ordering to countries outside of EU.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Due to our products are perishable goods we do not accept returns. If your received package is damaged you have to contact our support directly. If the received parcel contains the incorrect product/amount contact our support directly.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
UPS Express – Next day delivery if order is processed before 15:00 (GMT+1)
UPS Standard – 2-4 working days. Remember: The delivery time is usually as mentioned above but could vary depending on remote areas.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When placing an order, you receive a confirmation mail. followed by an email from ups with your tracking number when the parcel is picked up by ups by the end of the day. Recommended to check your delivery address is put in correct. If not, log in to UPS my choice and correct your address.
WILL THERE APPLY TAXES TO MY ORDER? (EU COUNTRIES)
If you order within the European union the purchase will be vat-free. Therefor you need to fill in your company vat number when ordering.
WILL THERE APPLY TAXES TO MY ORDER? (NON-EU COUNTRIES)
The price you see is without any taxes. Check with your local authority to make sure about the tax/customs that may apply. If ordering and not paying the import taxes the package will be returned to NordicPouch warehouse. A refund will not be made in this case.
